KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 — Foreigners allowed to enter Malaysia will have to pay quarantine charges and Covid-19 detection test fees upon arrival at the country’s entry points, said Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
